Harbor Town is a charismatic neighborhood filled with nature trails, ponds, and walking trails that elegantly connect the town’s houses and businesses. The marina, located in Harbor Town’s backyard, has over 50 boat slips available to residents. Uniting homes and locally owned businesses, like grocery stores, restaurants, and salons, in our neighborhood, you’ll find that leaving the island is rarely a necessity.

Linked to downtown Memphis by a bridge that was completed in 1987, the island is easily accessible from the busy city streets, but also uniquely self-contained. Memphis’ central business district is visible from the island and provides urban reference for the village-scale community. The initial arrival into Harbor Town reveals a picturesque view of the marina and yacht club, as well as several waterfront homes known as “The Point”. The town is organized around a traditional layout of intersecting boulevards, oriented east to west. These charming streets are lined with trees, foliage and ponds that help define the various areas of single and multi-family homes and the commercial district, reinforcing strong connections to the two rivers.
